Refund Policy

ClearIAS operates a strict no-refund policy. Once a program or course is purchased, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. By agreeing to these Terms, you acknowledge that all payments made to ClearIAS are final and that you will not seek a refund.

All content provided through our Services, including text, graphics, logos, images, as well as the compilation thereof, and any software used on the Site, is the property of ClearIAS or its suppliers and protected by copyright and other laws that protect intellectual property and proprietary rights.

Applicable Law

Indian laws govern the ClearIAS website, apps, its partners, and our offline institutions.

Disputes

Any disputes related to or arising out of your use of our Services, including any disputes regarding these Terms and Conditions, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Trivandrum, Kerala. By using our Services, you consent to the jurisdiction and venue of these courts in case of any dispute.
