Aditya’s journey began at CMS Lucknow’s Aliganj branch, where he was not only a star student but also excelled in his Class 12th exams, securing a remarkable 95%.
His academic pursuits took him to the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur (IIT Kanpur).
He completed a dual B.Tech and M.Tech degree with stellar performance.
Corporate Experience to Civil Aspirations
Post-IIT, Aditya briefly ventured into the corporate world, securing a position at Goldman Sachs where he worked for 15 months.
This stint, however, was more than just a job—it was a stepping stone that clarified his true calling.
Realizing that financial gain was not his ultimate goal, Aditya decided to switch tracks and prepare for the Civil Services, driven by a desire to contribute meaningfully to society and work at the grassroots level.

Previously ranked 236th in the 2022 UPSC CSE, he was already undergoing training at the National Police Academy in Hyderabad for the Indian Police Service (IPS).
However, his relentless spirit and the unwavering support of his family, especially his father, Ajay Srivastava, who is an assistant audit officer at the Comptroller and Auditor General of India, spurred him on to aim higher and achieve the top rank in his subsequent attempt.
