The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has announced the results of the Civil Services (Preliminary) Examination, 2024, which was held on June 16, 2024.
About 15,000 candidates have successfully qualified for admission to the Civil Services (Main) Examination, 2024.

It is important to note that the candidature of these candidates is provisional.
Successful canidates need to apply for UPSC CSE Mains 2024
According to the examination rules, all qualified candidates must reapply by filling out the Detailed Application Form-I (DAF-I) for the Civil Services (Main) Examination, 2024.
The dates and important instructions for filling out the DAF-I and its submission will be announced on the UPSC website (https://upsc.gov.in) in due course.
Cut-off marks and Detailed Marklist will be available only later
The marks, cut-off marks, and answer keys for the Civil Services (Preliminary) Examination, 2024, will be uploaded on the UPSC website after the entire process of the Civil Services Examination, 2024, and the Indian Forest Service Examination, 2024, is completed and the final results are declared.
