One in a million. Shruti Sharma secured All India Rank 1 in UPSC Civil Services Examination 2021 applied by more than 10 lakh candidates.
Interestingly, all the top three ranks in UPSC CSE 2021 are bagged by women candidates.
Shruti Sharma was followed by Ankita Agarwal who secured AIR 2. Gamini Singla got rank 3.

Shruti Sharma, the topper of the UPSC toppers 2021, is from the town of Bijnor, Uttar Pradesh.
However, she did her education in New Delhi.
Shruti graduated from St. Stephens College of Delhi University. She then joined the Delhi School of Economics for her post-graduation.
She was a student of History in graduation.
Her post-graduation was in Sociology.
Hobbies: Reading and Watching Films
Shruti likes to read and watch cinemas when she gets time.
She considers herself an optimist.

Shruti says that she was really surprised to know that she is All-India Rank 1.
She says the exam is a test of perseverance. However, she didn’t expect to top this exam this year.
Did Shruti Sharma take coaching for UPSC CSE Preparation?
Yes.
She prepared for the Civil Services exam at Jamia Millia Islamia Residential Coaching Academy (RCA).
Shruti: I wish to serve the underprivileged
Shruti Sharma considers herself privileged to get an education from top colleges in India.
Once she gets into civil service, she wants to uplift the underprivileged and do the service in her best capacity.
