Vijay Kelkar Committee	Fiscal Consolidation measures	-It recommended the establishment of 3P India, case based risk allocation formula for various project participants, establishment of independent regulating agencies etc..
Sam Pitroda Committee	Review Working of Prasar Bharti	-It recommended the amendment of the Prasar Bharati Act 1990 to give effective freedom to the Prasar Bharti with administrative and financial powers.
