Based on the result of the written part of the Civil Services Examination, 2022 held by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) in September 2022 and the interviews for Personality Test held in January-May, 2023, the Commission has recommended 933 candidates for appointment into various services like IAS, IPS, IFS, IRS etc.
There are 1022 vacancies in total. The remaining candidates will be appointed from the Consolidated Reserve List.

Ishita Kishore Secures All India Rank 1 in UPSC CSE 2022-23
Ishita Kishore secured All India Rank 1 in UPSC Civil Services Examination (CSE) 2022.
About 10 lakh candidates applied for the prestigious exam UPSC CSE.
The final rank list is prepared by adding the marks scored by the candidates in the Main exam and Interview.
